Rainier Rehabilitation is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, located a few blocks east of the Washington State Fairgrounds, at 920 12th Avenue SE. We are only a short drive to MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital and Kaiser Permanente Puyallup Medical Center.
We feature 117 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
